Newly updated Firefox not working, sending InitXPCOM error

Windows 7
Firefox 16.0.1 Fireshot 0.98.19 This is a purchased Fireshot, and I have Forever Support. Fireshot updated itself automatically on October 10. Ever since then, the software has not worked. The error message is: InitXPCOM error: error: Couldn't open library I would really like to get this working again. Please help. Thanks, Virginia |
