can't upload taken web page screenshots on large-format monitor of notebook

I can't upload screen on my notebook, in firefox.
buttons hide under panel of tasks of windows. And window of fireshot-upload not resiseble. 
It's bug. |

I solved a problem.
The problem was that I used not a standard screen resolution. Instead of standard 1600 X 900 was 1280 X 768. But the window of a FireShot not resizable. Fell outside the limits the screen at such scan screen. |
