I'm using Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10
and the screenshots look super clear when I view them in the editor but after downloading them as images (and using them in articles online) they are super blurry. Here are 2 examples: https://searchengineland.com/figz/wp-content/seloads/2018/01/QA-SEL-3-768x451.jpg https://searchengineland.com/figz/wp-content/seloads/2018/01/QA-SEL-1.jpg I have already confirmed that my browser is set to 100% zoom so that's not it. |

Do they look good, when you open them in your windows viewer (just right after saving to disk)? What if you save them to PNG? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

They are being saved as PNG and they do look fine when I look at them on my computer. It's not until they are uploaded online that they look blurry. Here is another example: https://d2v4zi8pl64nxt.cloudfront.net/fake-negative-reviews-on-google/5a8ca6fcda5967.32748940.png |

So they're converted by server from PNG to JPG. JPG is loseless - this is the cause. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

Ah. Does that happen a lot with Wordpress? Do you know a way to get around that? |

I think, there should be an option in WP to override this. You can also try saving to JPG before the uploading. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
