I don't know what kind of separate window Ring Central opens in. It opens in it's own window. I bought FireShot because a colleague said I could get entire screenshots, including the parts I would have to scroll down to. If you could explain how to do this in plain English, I would really appreciate it. I tried Ctrl+Shift+Y and nothing happened. I need this to work.
