I have previously purchased fireshot but have a new computer and have downloaded the software but cannot access my subscription.

As above, I purchased Screenshot for Win XP (order reference number: 4940569) and now running on Win 7. I cannot configure the 'floating toolbar' with options to capture window, whole screen, etc. Thanks for your help.
