Black Block at the end of the full screen capture.

Question

Hi all,

Since one month ago, I've been having this issue with Fireshot. I'm using Fireshot to capture as PDF bills generated through a website where I'm working. In all of them there is a black block at the end of the document, from side to side. I've noticed that when Fireshot is working, it makes "jumps" through the document, but the last jump the program does is not at the end of the document but at the beginning. It happens in all the computers I've tested, but only with the free version.

I hope you can fix this.

Hi Dani, Thank you for reporting. This is caused by the method, which is used in the Free version. We provide better handling in the Pro version.

Dani, this feature will be an important improvement for sure, however there're no specific date for this update at the moment.

Thanks for the answer. Can I expect a fix for this problem? Because older versions of Fireshot handled the capture perfectly.
