Suddenly stopped working in Chrome

Question

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted chrome several times but it still does not work in Chrome any longer. It was fine before, but now it makes an attempt to take a screen shot and the Fireshot editor screen shows up on my task bar but does not create an actual window.

Thank you for the screenshot, but there's nothing specific here. What happens, if you choose 'Capture ... and save' instead of 'Capture and Edit' ? Also, will FireShot display your licensing information?

Rebecca, next time please create another topic, since your problem is different from what is reported here. The solution for you is to switch to Pro, then enter your licensing code to register it.

Stafford, I suspect so. What Chrome version do you have now?

jbs123, this does not look like the simultaneous browsers update. I suspect, some software is blocking FireShot from normal operation.
