Deletes Not Working

Question

I purchased Pro on July 21, 2008, 12:40 pm, Central Daylight Time, USA.
Deletes not working.
Plugin version: 0.98.89
OS type and version: Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 Bit - Service Pack 1
Version of browser: Firefox/22.0)
Steps to reproduce the bug: Start browser, open FireShot editor, open saved image from computer, after viewing right click image in left side panel and select any of the delete commands. Nothing happens and the next time I open Fireshot all left panel image icons are still there.

What happens, If you click the image and press the DEL button ?

We can do a short debug session in TeamViewer, if you don't mind.

I'm sure, this problem is specific to your config, we did not hear about this problem from our customers. The best way is to have an online debugging session, as I mentioned previously.

Hello, I noticed you're using an outdated version of Firefox (v22, not it's v59). You can try either updating Firefox, or installing some older version of FireShot (Version 0.98.75 for example: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/fireshot/versions/0.98.75). This version can be also switched to Pro.
