On 2/2/18, I was prompted to enter my license #, as my “free trial has expired.” I entered the above. Now, the product is completely unresponsive, no matter what I choose to do (e.g., selection, full page, etc.) I paid for a lifetime license on May 1, 2017. Please help me to get back to operative mode. |
