Hi,
When trying to do a full page PDF screenshot the page below in Firefox I am getting this error: Creating crash dump failed. Error: 123 This problem started happening in Nov/Dec. https://www.ishares.com/us/products/239726/?referrer=tickerSearch Any ideas? Thanks, Jacob |

Hi,
It seems to only happen on longer pages, however FireShot had no issue with these pages until the end of last year. |

JK,
Here it is: Version 0.98.95.1 Windows 10 Pro 64 Firefox: 62.0 Start browser, try using FireShot to perform any operation. The operation will eventually be completed, but in the process the "Creating crash dump failed. Error: 123" message will appear 20-30 times. Happens 100% with any URL |

Hi I do also have problems with FireShot (latest version) crashing when trying to save the created image. In my case to PNG images. Image size is approximately 10000x15000 pixels.
Of note is the fact that the "first tile" in the upper left corner is not the correct tile but some random tile from the webpage, and that the tile changed in the two attempts I made. FireShot: latest version (downloaded today) Browser: Chrome OS: Win 7 ultimate 64 bit |
