Hello.


I have just tried to buy a licence for Fireshot Pro. My first payment attempt using Paypal and the credit card 1 was shown as failed. When I tried again with another credit card 2 the payment worked. But now, to my surprise, I discover that both payments worked and I now have an unnecessary double debit. I would therefore ask you to cancel the second order with the payment. 
It is obvious to me that exactly the second payment with the used credit card should be cancelled, because a direct refund by Paypal to the credit card is less inconvenient for me.

Last but not least, please let me know which of the two licence numbers sent to me is still valid. I have entered the licence number in my profile, the payment for which can also be cancelled. Please reply very quickly. |
