Unable to activate PRO features

Steps to reproduce the bug : Installed Fireshot Pro but when trying to activate it fails.

Starting FireShot Pro activation...
Checking, if FireShot is up to date...[DONE]
Checking Pro features...[FAIL]
We have detected, that FireShot works in Lite mode.
We need to install the Pro features first. Please do the following:
Download the FireShot Pro installer.
Close your browser (make sure you've closed all the instances).
Perform the FireShot Pro installation.
Restart your browser and reload this page.

No notifications from Windows security or permissions issues.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still fails each time and on all browsers.

Thank you for the logs, essentially for the last one showing that there's a problem while reading from the named pipe (the channel gets suddenly closed). Can you please confirm whether the problem exists only for Chrome, or is there the same problem with Edge?

Hans, if you see the same '!PeekNamedPipe - error 0x6d' error in the logs, it means that one of the installed applications provided a module which is loaded by FireShot, that is writing debug info into STDOUT. Usually this is caused by 3-rd party shell extensions.

Hello. If it works with the clone, then it looks like a Chrome-specific problem. Can you please send us the native-fireshot.log to contacts@getfireshot.com? Additionally, please try temporarily disabling the other extensions and re-run FireShot. Thank you.
