Drag and Drop to Gmail?

Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 1.11.25
OS type and version Windows 10English
Version of browser Firefox/120.0.1

In my latest FireShot update it said that it now has the ability to drag and drop to Gmail. I can't see anyway to do that. Can someone explain how to do that?
