I get a "failed to access folder ........" when trying to save a screenshot. I am on the newest version and a PAID subscriber for Fireshot. It seems you have had this bug before...........please fix ASAP. I am baffled as to why a bug that you previously "fixed" is back in a new version.....poor coding? |

Can you check the folder in the message to see if it really exists? Or it has write privileges? |

This is happening because the folder path in the error doesn't exist. Just create the path as it is structured in the error and you will be able to save/mail/whatever your screen shots again. |
