Screenshot extension icon not showing up in Internet Explorer

Hello,

I downloaded and installed FireShot Pro v0.98.96 for Internet Explorer v11. The screenshot extension is installed and enabled, but I cannot see the application icon on the toolbar. I closed and restarted the browser, even logged out and logged back into my Windows workstation. I am having this issue on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? How can I fix this?

Hello. Can you please check, if FireShot Pro is listed in the addons list? Another option would be checking the logs of the AV software.

Hello Kevin, We do not have a specific script for this. However, it's easy to implement: 1. Copy fireshot-container-98_96.exe, FSAddin-98_96.dll, FSAddin64-98_96.dll, SSS-98_96.dll to a destination folder 2. Run: 'rundll32.exe FSAddin-98_96.dll DllRegisterServer' for the 32-bit version of IE, and 'rundll32.exe FSAddin64-98_96.dll DllRegisterServer for the 64-bit version of IE' 3. Run: 'fireshot-container-98_96.exe -RegServer' 4. You're done.
