Hello,
I downloaded and installed FireShot Pro v0.98.96 for Internet Explorer v11. The screenshot extension is installed and enabled, but I cannot see the application icon on the toolbar. I closed and restarted the browser, even logged out and logged back into my Windows workstation. I am having this issue on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? How can I fix this? Thanks, K |
