Recover FireShot Pro after Win10 reset

I was forced to do a Windows 10 reset. 
Fortunately, my FireShot Chrome extension survived. But my paid upgrade to Pro seems to have been lost. I know I purchased it prior to 10-11-2018 because I have 73 Pro captures after that date. I like FireShot very much and the Pro version was well worth the price. Can you look up the Pro purchase and help me get it re-enabled? Thanks |
