I have multiple computers, and I run both Chrome and Firefox on them. I purchased a Fireshot license, and on the machine I purchased it on, I think, I got it installed and can use its features. The other machines browsers have synced the extension, but for the life of me I can't get the Pro installed on them. They all insist I go buy another license... but the license gives me a number of machines... I THOUGHT.
How is this supposed to work? It's a great product, but I surely can't afford the $$ for each machine. |
