Hi,
I've been using FireShot Pro for some time without any issues. Following the recent update, though — where a new pop-up window of options appeared when saving a PDF (I think something involving selectable text, perhaps, and also headers?) — any PDFs I capture are causing errors when I upload them into my WordPress system. The only thing I can think of that's changed is the presence of those new settings. Unfortunately, though, I checked the box to stop showing that new settings screen — and now I can't find any way to get back to it. I've tried holding Shift while I click the capture options in the extension menu, but that doesn't do anything. Do you have any idea why this might be happening? Or, if nothing else, how I can get back to that new settings menu? I don't see those options anywhere in the main FireShot settings, and nothing I do seems to make that pop-up come back. Thank you. |
