Hello, I am a Pro subscriber and Fireshot Pro will not allow me to capture and edit an JPEG file
Plugin version: 0.98.98 OS type and version MS Windows 10 Professional 10.0.18363 / Build 1863, English) Version of browser: Firefox/78.0.0 (64-bit) ***Steps to reproduce the bug (i.e. Start browser, Open file *(JPEG)*, Open FireShot editor, Try to Capture Selection and Edit. Nothing happens. I get no cross-hairs to capture my selection. Webpage URL causing this problem: N/A |
