Plugin version: FireShot Pro for Chrome v.2.1.4.18 (64-bit)
OS type and version: WIN10 Home, 22H2 Browser: Chrome version 149.0.7827.201 (Official Build) (64-bit) Steps to reproduce the bug: multiple troubleshooting steps, adjusting resize options, do not resize Webpage URL: All I have a 27" monitor with resolution of 1920 x 1080. For a full-screen window, when I "Capture visible part & Save as pdf", if I have RESIZE set to 1280 width, I get a pdf that says it is 1280 x 612 in the footer because I include "width x height" in footer settings. But, according to Acrobat's ruler, the shot is less than half of that at 594 across. Same thing but change to "Do not resize", I get a pdf that says it is 1920 x 918 in the footer, but again is only 594 across in Acrobat. It's the same size as the previous shot, except the header and footer is reduced in size proportionately. Fireshot is trying to apply my local RESIZE settings but it can't - due to the mandatory 1280 width requirement that began last year. This is so messed up. Can you please remove that as a global setting? If someone needs that, they can apply it themselves using their local Resize settings - isn't that what they are for?!?!??? That way we all can modify the resize settings for whatever we need, which is how Fireshot had worked for YEARS before the resize change last December. |
