Capture a box in an email?

Hi,
I'm using FireShot on Firefox v.151.0.3 (64-bit). One of the emails I receive has a box with a border in it. I know I can clip the whole email screen - see attached. Is there an easy way to choose just the box? When I try, oftentimes either the whole box won't be included in the captured area, or other popups are captured on top of the part I want. Thanks. |
