FireShot Pro for Firefox v.1.1.12.18(64-bit)
Windows 11 Site to capture: https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/uno-q/user-manual/#support Previously, with the free version, capturing a single, very long image worked. However, with the pro version, the first two pages are captured, then the image returns to the first page, then tries to move to the second, but returns to the first page, and this continues indefinitely. I have to manually stop FireShot! And only the first two pages are saved. Thank you for your help. Henri |

Normally the Pro enhancements makes capturing web pages faster and smoother by skipping floating elements, ads, etc. Only sometimes these enhancements come into interaction with the web page resulting in side effects like the one you described (and confirmed by our specialists).
