Capturing Instagram chats stopped working (the selected area won’t scroll)

Recently, Instagram changed its frontend layout. We use FireShot Pro to capture chats (as evidence) with the 'capture element/selected area' function. The selected area is the scrollable chat container. Scrolling and capturing that area have stopped working. Can you fix this?

Thank you for reporting! We do regular tests of the most popular web sites, including Instagram, and according to the tests, everything works fine. May I ask for a video providing a demonstration of the problem? Please also include into the video the version of the browser and the version of FireShot. I am looking forward to resolve this particular issue.
