Fireshot was working on my Win8 computer (now down). I have tried to use it on my Win10 replacement.
When I try to capture a page, it scrolls like usual, but then there is no output. I've tried Firefox 90.0.2 (64-bit), and also Chrome 95.0.4638.69 (Official Build) (64-bit) No files created. Not even a [file name / where to save] dialog window. ETA: on Firefox, I get a message that Fireshot is slowing down Firefox; option to stop the plugin. I am subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud, including Acrobat DC. help? |
