After purchasing the Pro version, I found out it was severely limited on a non-Windows operating system. I was unable to find out how to get email support or how to ask for a refund on your website. Also was unable to install Pro version since following the instructions on your website resulted in a Windows download file: fireshot-install-2_0_2.exe.
My OS is Linux Mint 22. My browser is Mozilla Firefox for Linux Mint, version Mint-001-1.0. I purchased the upgrade on August 10. Please provide instructions for getting a refund. |
