Bug - I have gone into both Options and Manage Extension to change the Footer in a captured PDF. When I click on Editor options, the "Click Setup" button, it gives me the option to change the text in the Footer. I then changed the text, clicked OK, then Apply and Save Changes. It doesn't matter. Every time I collect a PDF, the footer says:
Captured by FireShot Pro: the date and time, then below that has an ad https://getfireshot.com Even if I turn off Footers, it STILL PRINTS THIS. How do I get it to actually work? And yes, I have rebooted multiple times. I have FireShot 1.12.18, Professional version (if that matters) OS is Windows 11 Versions of Browser: Chrome 126.0.6478.127 |

Thank you for your report!
I can confirm that the version 1.12.18 has this issue, and the best way is to update to the 2.0.1.3 version, which is already available on Chrome Web Store. https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/take-webpage-screenshots/mcbpblocgmgfnpjjppndjkmgjaogfceg Then you will be able to switch them off in Options. If for some reason you do not want to update manually, please find a workaround here: https://getfireshot.com/sup/filename-options-not-working-when-using-capture-list-of-urls/3621 __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
