I have purchased FireShot twice now; after it stopped working due to an invalid license when i changed computers, I bought it again for my new workstation. It has once again lost functionality, and states that my license and username are invalid even though I just purchased the software. I need support to reach out to me asap; I have the original verification emails and proof of sale for a product that I've bought multiple times now. This is unacceptable. |
