Running Windows 7 Pro. I have the FireShot Pro version/.98_38 and have it installed on Internet Explorer 10 (latest ver) and it works fine. When I try to install on Chrome Version/29.0.1547.66 m or FireFox/24.0 I get a popup window that says my Pro Trail has expired. I then enter my license information and receive another window that says: "The license information for this application is missing or invalid. You must enter a valid license key to use this program."
Doesn't this new version of FS Pro allow installations on multiple browsers? If it does, what do I need to do to get it installed on FireFox & Chrome? |
