How i can remove the "hold ctrl key down to capture....View Demo/Close" Hint?

When I choose capture selection there is a large HINT box that covers the top of the page in chrome/edge Browser (newest) which keeps me from capturing the top most portion of the webpage. It says "Hint: hold ctrl key down to capture entire element view demo/close". If I click view demo or close then the the whole capture is cancelled.
How i can remove the "hold ctrl key down to capture....View Demo/Close" Hint ? Browsers: newest Edge / Chrome - Firesho v.0.99.15 |

Actually it shouldn't cancel the current capture. Can you please share a video to this problem? (with the console being opened - press CTRL-SHIFT-I, select "Console").
