Hello!
So, I have done a fresh installation of Windows 10 with Firefox & Edge web browsers. Installed the Fireshot extension in the Firefox browsers via addons.mozilla.org and manually in both browsers with the file "fireshot-install-0_99_15.exe", both it fails in both cases! I can see this message pop-up in a web page: "You have 10 days of your FireShot Pro trial. Then FireShot will automatically switch to the Lite mode, free forever." Attempts to register the extension fails in all cases! Do I have to mention that the extension is both purchased and valid! Please, give a solution how to fix this issue!' Regards Jörgen |
