Headers & footers resetting back to default for Saving PDF; Fireshot taking minutes to create PDF

My saved Header & Footer templates for PDF keep resetting back to default. This has happened at least 4 times in the past 6 months, and again just right now. I know that its not due to an update because I've been checking for the past week due to a different glitch where Fireshot is very laggy and hanging up when saving as PDF. It is consistently taking 30 seconds up to 5 minutes to create a PDF.

I am sorry for this problem. Can you please tell us whether you are using FireShot only in one profile and one browser or does it have multiple instances on your setup within one PC?
