ubject: Requesting License Reset – Lifetime Pro License Not Activating After Computer Failure
Message: Hello FireShot Support Team, I am a FireShot Pro Lifetime License holder and need assistance reactivating my license on a new computer. My previous computer crashed and is no longer functional, so I cannot deactivate FireShot Pro from that device. As a result, my license key will not activate on my new machine, even though I have a valid lifetime license. Here are my details: Owner Email: ershackelford@gmail.com License Key: 63T6-8MFD-QURJ-82XS-2SM4-RNT3 Purchase Date: January 21, 2026 I have attempted activation multiple times and also reached out via email but have not received a response.
