I paid the pro one time fee in 2024 and have a new laptop. Fireshot does not recognize my membership!
What can I do to fix this. |

Same problem here. Today my Pro license is no longer recognized. I tried several times to use my activation link.
Plugin version: 1.12.18 OS type and version: macOS Ventura 13.7.8 Version of browser: Mac Firefox 149.0 (64-bit) Steps to reproduce the bug: I am locked out of pro features. I get the following banner warning when capturing a page: "You are using the Insider's version of FireShot Pro features: advanced screenshot capabilities and PDF features (page setup, headers/footers/watermarks, direct links and searchable text). Exit the Insider program | Report problem | Purchase license" Should I exit the Insider program? |

| Thanks very much. It is working now in Mac Firefox. I was able to go pro with my key (as opposed to using the Insider's version). | ||
