It was working for a while. I was editing away. Now every screen shot is BLANK!
ONLY in IE though. Firefox and chrome are just fine. I just paid $35 for this today, only to find out there is ZERO mac support, even though the teaser to buy it came up on my MAC chrome. Plus, I was supposed to get 3 downloads, and the first errored out with some proxy server error. the second one worked on the PC, and then the third one loaded the PC version on a MAC, useless. I am not happy so far with this product. |
