Full page screenshot of PDF page doesn't work

I was attempting to capture this pdf page (https://www.thefabshop.ca/FabshopInfo.pdf) and am only getting the screen size capture.
Any suggestions or it a bug? Known or unknown? Using Chrome 11.0.696.68 plugin Version: 0.88 on WinXP machine |

I did and they said to contact you. They said only you can approve a refund.. see their message below:
