"entire page" capture is only capturing screen, not page.  I tried "copy to clipboard", and "save jpeg file" but get the same result.

I read a post from the administrator for a similar issue.  He suggested "capture browser and edit", but I don't see this option.

Just uploaded an update to Chrome webstore. Should be working fine.

"Capture entire page" is only capturing visible screen, no matter the next step (save, edit, pdf, etc). I'm running Firefox 10.0.2. Thanks.

Any URL specific to this problem?

Just downloaded it and tested. Works for me. Can you demonstrate your problem in Skype or TeamViewer?

I have Fireshot version 0.97. I've tried numerous times, as have colleagues, and "capture entire page" captures only the visible area -- regardless which website we use. I don't know how to demonstrate the problem to you.

We can get in touch in Skype and it has a great feature of sharing the screen. The same does TeamViewer. If I find the problem, I'll quickly fix it and provide you with a free key as an appreciation of your efforts.

Can you please confirm the previous 0.96 version has the same problems (https://screenshot-program.com/dloads/fireshot_96.xpi) ?

My entire page screen was not capturing e-mails.  So I opened the message in a new window, and used control alt "Z".  The screenshot icon doesn't appear in the e-mail message window, but this method works perfectly.

I can reproduce the bug with Firefox add-on v. 0.98.11 on Firefox 13.0.1.

"Capture Entire Page and ..." -> "Save as PDF ..." produces a pdf with only the visible area. This seems to be related to frames being used. The bug was present with the following page: https://www.padmapper.com/show.php?type=9&id=119101025&src=main

but not with another page that was not using frames:

I'm using FS v0.98.48 on FIrefox v27.0 -- I found that this doesn't work when taking a screenshot of webpages with frames. I hope we can get this fixed.

Yes, frames are the weak side of FireShot. No solution for this at the moment, sorry.

How about downgrading Firefox to an older version, not sure onto which one but would that make a difference?
