Thanks, does it happen to any website you're trying to capture or do you have specific links that are not working? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

I have the same problem as the previous guys (above), with just a black screen copied by FireShot when trying to capture the entire screen (visible + invisible).
I have used it many times before on different websites with perfect results - including both before and after the page that doesn't work. Plugin Version: FireShot Pro plugin for Firefox v0.98 (FREE component) OS type and version: Windows 7 Pro v6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1) Version of Firefox: Firefox / 12.0 Steps to reproduce the bug: - Go to The problem web page - When a stable display, press <alt> + <prt-screen> together - click the FireShot edit image (pen) on the Firefox status bar - FireShot's resultant edit screen is a black image with no data displayed. - go to any other randomly selected site and whole FireShot procedure works fine; so must be something to do with how that particular target site is built. But I'd like a fix / workaround if possible. Thanks for help |

* Sorry, a typo in my previous post.
Capturing the screenshot should use: <ctrl> + <prt-screen> ( not <alt> ) Also, I didn't see the Edit option to correct the original post. Thanks again. |

One thing I Just identified:
If for example I have in browser 6 scroll down pages to entire page the capture process works fine, but if only one small part must be scrolled the capture work as visible part. |

This works fine already with the latest version of Firefox. I think it was just a browser issue after all. |

I had a similar issue in FF (only capturing part of the page). My FF cache was full. Clearing the FF cache seemed to fix FS |

Plugin version: FireShot Pro for Firefox v.0.98.95
OS type and version: Windows 7 64 bit SP 1 Version of browser: Firefox (32 bit) 94.0.1 Steps to reproduce the bug: Log into GOG account, display games as GRID, sort by TITLE. A 5 column x 20 row grid of game images is displayed. From the FireShot Pro icon I select Capture entire page and Save as PDF. Only the first page is captured and saved. When viewing the list I have to page down 6 times to get to the bottom (of page 1 of the games, there are 4 pages according to GOG). My games are displayed in a grid with no frame on the side. If I go into the store a similar grid of games but with a frame on the side is captured properly with automatic page downs. Webpage URL: https://www.gog.com/account |
