FS pro not working in FireFox

Hi friends
My purchased Fireshot Pro (FP) no more works on any click since April 2017. All the functions just become inactive one after another. I have to use other free screenshot tools (incl. Fireshot free version) instead. 
After removing and re-Install, Screenshot functions are ok again for a short time, but old faults still persist (all Deleting functions dont work, and after ~10-15 screenshots, all remained functions just completely inactive one after another). I guess all the problems exist because the memory can't be cleaned (due to the inactive deleting functions). FS works well on Chrome, but I only need it for Firefox 54.0.1 (32bit) browser. May be FS pro can not work on both browsers from same PC?? Does anyone has same problem with FS on Firefox??. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks!! |
