I'm using FireShot Chrome plugin for a while. But after recent updates I got FireShot desktop starting along with Firefox. I would like to stay with browser screenshot extension only and uninstall or at least turn off start of FireShot desktop. I can't find such option in settings.
Any help with this screenshot chrome extension will be much appreciated. Thank you. |

Fireshot.exe can be disabled using the Windows group policy editor, follow the steps here:
https://www.wikihow.com/Block-an-Application-or-.EXE-from-Running-in-Windows Attempting to use Fireshot will now cause it to display two javascript alerts and go into "Lite mode", which is EXACTLY WHAT WE HAD BEFORE WITHOUT THIS BULLSHIT DESKTOP PROGRAM. |

Well - if that is the only way.... I will look for a different browser plugin for screenshots rather and remove FireShoot entirely...
Thank you for your help |

That you for your feedback. Unfortunately - that was a month ago and FireShot is now long gone from my machine, after a years of usage. I lost my trust in your code. |
