| After each update for Rireshot Pro I get a message that my "trial has expired." I have to reinput the license information to get FS to work. Obviously, this is very annoying. | ||

Same here.
I just had to re-enter my Pro registeration information again a moment ago upon updating to Fireshot 0.68. Had to do it after the last Fireshot update as well. Really annoying. FireShot Pro 0.68 WinXP Pro SP2 FireFox 3.05 to reproduce, update FireShot, restart FireFox, take a capture, the box comes up saying that the FireShot trial has expired, with buttons offering me options to enter registration info, purchase FireShot Pro, or do something else that I can't remember now. |

| My problem is my old age and not being able to figure out things like I did when I was young. Everytime I tried to capture a screen a window would appear and ask for my license key. I would enter it and then be informed that it didn't recognize my name or license. I tried again today and it accepted my license. Tonight the capture appears to be working OK. | ||

I bought a license on 13 November last year, but now have a new PC and have lost all the info. I can't find a link on your site that enables me to get the registration key resent. Please advise. Many thanks Rod |
