FS pro 100% completely useless for both browsers Firefox & Chrome

Question

My FS pro doesn't work since April 2017 on Firefox, Win7 Ultimate. Since 2 weeks FS pro also no more work on Chome too. I have to uninstall it since it is 100% completely useless for both browsers Firefox and Chrome.

Julia, Warning before posting bugreports: please take into account that your bugreports are likely to be ignored if you don't include the following info about your problem: Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 0.98.15) OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows XP Professional SP2, English) Version of browser (i.e. Firefox/30.0) Steps to reproduce the bug (i.e. Start browser, open FireShot editor, create a shape and try to save - you'll get an access violation xxxxxx) Webpage URL causing this problem
