I reinstalled the Pro version this morning. Each time Mozilla updates FireFox, this issue of non-compatibility raises its ugliness. Go to Add-Ons and tell the Update App for FireShot to install a fresh version even though Mozilla has it marked as a Legacy product, it will reinstall and work just fine for almost everything. Sometimes a quirk here and there though that is a Mozilla issue and doesn't have anything to do with FireShot. Reinstall and you'll be just fine. If Fireshot needs updating, the app will be done on an as needed basis - at least that's what I've found or experienced over the number of years I've used FireShot. |
