Fireshot - Inconsistent Capture of Full Web Pages

Question

I installed Fireshot (v0.98.89) on 12 Oct 2016 as an addon to the latest version of Firefox (v49.0.1) because I wanted to be able to capture full web pages and not just the part of the web page visible on the screen.

Fireshot has remembered my preferences and has as a default, "Capture entire page and save as a PDF".

Fireshot generally does this but not always. For example, in the screen, Firefox > options, it will only capture the part of the web page visible on the screen.

Why doesn't Fireshot apply my default preference to all websites?

My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate, English.

I purchased FireShot Pro for the same purpose of capturing all pages rather than just visible part shown on screen. Worked a few times but now I cannot capture. Did something change recently? Frustrating.
