I am continuing to have problems with my licensed Pro FireShot and using with Google Chrome. It continues to behave as though I haven't paid for it, which is not true. I've had my Pro FireShot since May, 2018. Do I have to sign into Chrome because I didn't have to in the beginning at all. I also don't have to sign in to the websites on Firefox and Opera to use FireShot. And I don't want to sign in. In the beginning it worked just fine on Google. Now it is becoming an ongoing problem. there was a problem during the fireshot maintenance, yet I am only downloading (again) to reestablish my browser being able to use FireShot like I did before. It is giving me another error about not being able to copy to native host, appdata and roaming issues, also. I don't get any errors like this at all otherwise on my other browsers. I re-downloaded the chrome extension and still, same problem. When I go to advanced features to try and fix it myself, here is what I get: fireshot-chrome-plugin. This is all I can do, and when I download, open and install it, it doesn't work. I just tried it again on 10-11-2018, and today, same thing. |

Total joke 4 people have the same problem and the only ting you can say is to update to .95, well we are updated to .95 and the problem does not go away! There is no way to see what version your running in Opera so you have to use thunderbird! It will not go to the pro version that WE PAID FOR! And the only thing you can say is to upgrade. YOu better get a clue on how to treat your customers correctly! |
