Subject: Requesting License Reset – Lifetime Pro License Not Activating After Computer Failure
Message: Hello FireShot Support Team 4th request after this I give up] I am a FireShot Pro License holder and need assistance reactivating my license on a new computer. I cannot activate FireShot Pro to my new computer, although your response a couple of days ago indicated i should be able to.... I have made multiple attempts with no success, (key is no longer valid) my license key will not activate on my new machine, even though I have a valid lifetime license. Here are my details: Owner Email: ershackelford@gmail.com or edwinbluezman@gmail.com License Key: 63T6-8MFD-QURJ-82XS-2SM4-RNT3 Purchase Date: January 21, 2026 I have attempted activation multiple times and also reached out via email, but have not received a response.
