I am a Fireshot Pro licensee. All of a sudden, Fireshot Pro stopped allowing me to edit my screen captures. It automatically brings up my screen capture as a non-editable "screenshot". There are "no" editing tools. There is not even a File Menu. I can't even save the screen capture.
The only thing that has changed in my computer system is the IT Dept. migrated my files to OneDrive rather then them being on my PC. So, Fireshot is essentially useless at this time. Do you have any advice or solution that I can try?? Thank you, |
