Stopped asking where to save since February 2019

Plugin version: Fireshot 0.98.96 OS type and version: MS Windows 10 Home 64-bit, French Version of browser: Chrome Version 74.0.3729.131 (official build) 64 bits Steps to reproduce the bug: 1. Start browser 2. Click on Fireshot chrome extension 3. Select ANY screen capture option 4. Take the screenshot 5. The extension will skip asking where to save the image and will instead automatically save it in a folder created back in February 2019, going as far as forcing the recreation of the folder after the user has sent it to the trash (!)
