Can't take full page screenshot

Question

I have a lifetime license, and all of the sudden, I can't capture a whole page and save. I can capture only the visible part of the screen. What gives?

Thank you for your screenshots, but I cannot see this picture on the fi.google.com webpage. The main web pages is captured nicely.
