Poor response - poor service - an important feature of FS are no longer working in Firefox.

Question

This user described exactly also my fault situation "Since the last update of Firefox, FireShot saves me the large web pages on a single page. With the consequent problem if you want to print. Before the update I subdivided it into several pages, which is much more comfortable. How can I change it?"

Apparently you guys are not the fastest in terms of replying - so why did I pay for a product that is not providing the promised features any longer? I want my money back!

Hello. I apologize for this delay. Here's my response I posted on the forum: There's an option in the preferences 'Capturing method' - please change it to 'Always scroll'. Another option is to capture it to Editor, then save it from the Editor. The next update will automatically switch to the 'Capture and scroll' method.
