I am unable to uninstall FireShot. After clicking on "Uninstall" and restarting Firefox as requested, the Add-Ons page reports that an add-on was installed, and FireShot is still listed in the list of Add-Ons. I deleted the three Extensions files (.ini, .cache, and .rdf) in an attempt to solve the problem, but to no avail. I can disable FireShot but not uninstall. Any suggestions?
